According to Douglas Holtz-Eakin, the proposal of the presidentail election canidate McCain's health plan would put 25 to 30 million individuals out of the ranks of the uninsured, into the ranks of the insured. With this health plan, it will decrease the percentage of people who are not insured. With McCain's heatlh care plan, there wouldn't be any real change in the number of people covered stated in Health's Affair Journal. His plan is to give federal income tax payer the benifits of a health care plan. In this way, these tax payer will recieve credits for paying their annual income tax. The credit they will recieve is $2500 per person and $5000 per family. In addition to that, McCain's plan will decrease the daily regular health care plan. -Vi Phan-

Another proposal for health plan is to have the employers create a coverage for all employees. When proposing this health plan, many small businesses opose to the plan. This controversity created a big change in Obama's plan. The canidates rephrase his heath plan an make an exception for small businesses who employes under than a certain amount of people. A final number has not been finallize yet, but will be soon. _Vi_

Before making final decision on Nov. 4th, voters are contrasting the differences between the two political party canidate's health care plan. Some are leaning toward McCain yet others are toward Obama. A couple whose son suffered from Type 1 diabetic are concern about their son's future health insuranace crises. Although the couple's son is now 24 and currently have a job that have the benifits of insurance that covers the majority of the medical bill, his parents are still unsure about his future's bills. With Obama's plan, his son would not save much on the bills and yet, with McCain's plan, not only does his family will save around 5000 but the son will benifit from it as well. Other voters are critisizing the governments about them taking too long to make something promised happen. They state that there should be faster actions toward what are promised after the canidate is elected. _Vi_

With the election coming up, many voters are asking themselves where should they place their vote. Although they are looking over many things that are being propose by both canidates, the one of the many concerns are health care. Both canidates has propose a good plan that will benifits many people, yet the question is will it affect you. the plan will affect different group and will also depend on what health insurance you have. some are stating that mccain's health plan would decrease the amount of money being spent on helath care each year. while others are confirming that obama's plan will insured many more people at lower cost. _Vi_

In recent interview, McCain stated that through Obama's plan "[S]mall-business people who have employees without health insurance, that he is going to fine them if they don't have, have the insurance policy that they want, that Senator Obama wants them to have.". By this, he wants to let the voters know that theere might be a chance that thye will get affected by this. either they will not be able to be insured or they will get fired since thier businesses are getting fine for not obtaining health care for employees. his plan is better, he stated, because could by into plans that they weren't able too. and also that he stood up against his party to sate his mind. although he respects his party and the president, but there are things that he disagree with them. he is really confidnet tthat he will win this election even if it's a close race. _Vi_

as the election day is near, the key fact to cast the vote of all Americans is the health care plan. it seemed like many promises are being made by both canidates yet when it comes to applying it into actions, there will be difficulties. many economist said that the helath care proposed by both canidates are great and yet it will take plenty of time to complete or reach teh goal that was set. this will only effect short term and yet not long term. _vi_

So I totally forgot what I'm suppose to do at the end of all the summaries therefore i will just write about how hard it is to work on this project. so far i kind of understand what we are supposed to do but as for the paper, i dont really know what to write. when first starting to do this project i wasn't too big of a fan of it. i'm not a politic person therefore dislike anything that have to do with politic. now, i dislike writing this paper even more. i guess this is one of those project that doesn't catch my interests ( no offense professor). the other topics are better and i fine myself enjoy writing about those more. _vi_
Most of the articles are not that bias. they explained both goods and bads of both plan through the knowledge of different sources as well as the most famous economist. in addition to that, each article include the voters from both parties to express their feeling toward the proposal.
